NIV:"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power."

TMSG:"And that about wraps it up. God is strong, and he wants you strong."

WINNERS ARE STRONG. THEY ARE STRONG IN THE LORD

TRUTHS:
1.Important teaching at the conclusion of the book
2.This is a command: to be strong in the Lord
3.Only the strong win the battles
4.Strength from the Lord is the only strenght that can bring you WINS in battles in life
5.Strength of the Lord can be drawn primarily through your devotion (only 1/10 do the devotion)
>Do your one hour devotion consistently
Amp- draw your strenth from Him
>The battle vs the Amalek in Exo 17 was won throgh the prayer of Moses
Exo 17:9 Moses said to Joshua, "Choose some of our men and go out to fight the
Amalekites. Tomorrow I will stand on top of the hill with the staff of God in my hands."
Exo 17:10 So Joshua fought the Amalekites as Moses had ordered, and Moses, Aaron and Hur
went to the top of the hill.
Exo 17:11 As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but wheneve
he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning.
Exo 17:12 When Moses' hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat
on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up--one on one side, one on the other--so that his
hands remained steady till sunset.
Exo 17:13 So Joshua overcame the Amalekite army with the sword.
6. The secret is CONSISTENT DAILY DEVOTION. CONSISTENT!

Exo 17:14 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Write this on a scroll as something to be
remembered and make sure that Joshua hears it, because I will completely blot out
the memory of Amalek from under heaven."
